Marketing is always been about connecting people, connecting targeted consumers at the right time and at the right place .

But in today’s world of technology, in the world of internet defination of marketing has been changed. In 2k19 marketing is not only limited to promote the products in platforms like T.v. , radio, newspaper but also its time to promote the products in the digital media. Because in India the country of 130cr people where more 40 cr people are now connected with the digital platform today. And it is also estimated that the number of internet users will be grown upto 80% by the end of 2025. 

In fact, constant internet usage among adults has been increased by more than 20 % in the last three years. And although we say it a lot that future is internet,  it can be seen now because the way people shop and buy really has changed along with it that means ofline marketing isn’t as effecttive as it used to be.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING—In other words the form of marketing that promotes the product in digital platfroms.

Digital marketing encompasses all marketing efforts that use an electronic device or the internet. Business leverage digital channels such as search engines, social media, email, and other websites to connect with current and prospective customers.

While traditional marketing might exist in print ads, phone communication or physical marketing can occur electronically and online. This means that there are a number of endless possibilites for brands including email,video, social media or webite based marketing opportunities.

This is the process of optimizing the website to rank higher in search results pages, thereby increasing the amount of organic traffic to the website receives. The channels that benefit from SEO include websites, blogs and infographics.

This term denotes the creation and promotion of content assets for the purpose of generating brand awareness, traffic growth,lead generation and customers.

This is a type of performance based advertising where you received commision for promoting someone else’s products or services on the website. Affliate marketing channels include:

  • Hosting video ads through the Youtube Partner Program.

Native advertising refers to advertisements that are primarily content-led and featured on a platform alongside other, non-paid content. BuzzFeed sponsored posts are a good example,but many people also consider social media advertising to be “ native” –Facebook Advertising and Instagram advertising.
